Shipping policy

Same day delivery for orders placed before 1.30 pm up to 20km and before 12.00 pm for more than 20km radius. Please let us know if you need a specific time for your order. If it is a funeral, we will need the exact time of the commencement of the service and we will deliver 30 min prior to that. For business addresses we will complete the order during business hours. 

For hospital deliveries please check with hospital if we are allowed to deliver flowers some don't allow flowers or plants.

If the recipient is not at the property, we will leave the flowers at a safe spot outside sun and rain if it is possible to do so. We will contact the sender if there is an issue with the execution of the delivery. Please notify us if the property has high fence or dogs on the front yard, we will need the recipient's phone number if this is the case.

We will not take responsibility for flowers left outside in the case of theft or weather damage.
