Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer return or refund for change of mind on the purchased product. In the case of damaged or bad quality flowers we can offer you a replacement of the product with bigger value as an apology after collecting the damaged or wilted arrangement, when you let us know within 24 hours. We can offer refund if you do not require replacement, but we need to collect the sent-out product for further examination with the growers.

For deposits paid on special events and big orders they are not refundable. We will give a partial refund or offer same value of flowers as your deposit payment if you cancel the order minimum 2 weeks before the due date. For last minute cancelations you will lose your deposit.

Flowers are seasonal therefore we will substitute the ones are not available with similar look, color and value trying not to change the design you have chosen, if you are not sure please give us a call so we can arrange whatever suits your preference.

Please check delivery limitations for same day delivery. Most areas can be delivered same day delivery as per request if order is placed before 1.30 p.m. for further distanced locations the order has to be placed before 12.00 pm. If not sure please give us a call for clarification. In the case there are no flowers available on the requested date we will contact you for a different option or a different delivery date. 

We can provide you with photo of the delivery if requested.
